Virtual sedation has petrified my soul
I can’t find a way to fill the gaping hole inside of me
Where my humanity once used to be

The age of automation has left us wanting more
Indulging in temptation you prove yourself a whore
You can’t seem to fill the void within your rotting core
In a society fueled by depravity

The age of desolation has turned it all to dust
Unrivaled exploitation is feeding on our lust

And so morality is lost to apathy

So long as we don’t have to share

No time to empathize

Turn away and close your eyes

Seduced to consume
There is little room
For friendship or love to bloom
